Services



We specialize in 4x4 wooden posts. We build them ourselves and maintain and re-paint them between uses. We primarily use white and black posts, but are willing to consider other colors providing the volume of usage is cost effective. We are also able to install other types of posts and frames, but we do not provide those. We also install commercial signage as time permits (4x4's, 4x8's, etc). The following is a basic price list of our services. We install posts for a 6 month rental period, after which we re-bill for another 6 month period. We service the Salt Lake County area Tuesday thru Saturday and outlying areas in 4 directions periodically as time permits (about every 7 to 10 days). We charge an extra mileage fee for all areas outside of Salt Lake County and all canyon areas (see mileage chart). Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our services.

Policies



All accounts are due on the 5th of the month following the billing date (unless you have previously made arrangements with us). No account is to be carried over 30 days. Accounts over 30 days will be cash in advance with arrears brought current before any new work is done. A finance charge of 1.75% per month (minimum $1.00) which is 21% annual percentage rate will be charged on the unpaid balance of the past due account.

For each post that is not at the property when we go out to remove it (gone post) the listing office or individual will be charged $40.00 for replacement. (Price subject to change) We will make two trips to each property within Salt Lake County to try to recover the post, leaving a notice for the homeowner on the first trip requesting that the post be left out and available for us to pickup. Outside of Salt Lake County we will make one trip and if the post is unavailable for pickup we will bill the $40.00 charge. We will credit you for any post recovered after being billed gone, within six months of the loss. This credit is prorated to cover the cost of rental while missing. Broken posts will be charged on a prorated basis. You will be charged only for those parts which are unusable - not to exceed $40.00 (Price subject to change).

Termination



Termination for past due accounts will be handled in the following manner: If the account is not paid within 30 days, we reserve the right to notify you that unless paid immediately all posts and signs will be removed the following day. If for some reason you are unable to pay by the end of the 30 day period, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you on a payment basis if possible.

Termination upon your request will be handled as follows: Upon request to terminate our services to your company account balances become due and must be paid before any signage will be released. The final billing is to be paid within 10 days of the billing date. You will be asked to sign an agreement of responsibility for any and all posts remaining up upon termination. We reserve the right to remove all posts and signs upon termination if you choose not to sign an agreement of responsibility or if you violate the terms of said agreement.

Additional Policies and Procedures



If we install a post outside Salt Lake County, including all canyon areas, there will be a mileage charge in addition to the regular installation charge. Please refer to the mileage chart for information on mileage charges to outlying areas. This chart is subject to change.

WE DO NOT ALLOW AGENTS TO MOVE POSTS WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. IF MOVED TO ANOTHER LOCATION WITHOUT PERMISSION THE AGENT OR LISTING OFFICE WILL BE BILLED $40.00 (price subject to change).

Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Signs called in before 5:00 pm will be installed within two working days whenever possible within Salt Lake County. Posts are installed Tuesday thru Saturday, with very few exceptions. Areas outside of Salt Lake County are serviced 2 to 3 times per month. Our office is closed on all major holidays. Our answering machine is on 24 hours a day for your convenience, however calls after 5:00 pm and on weekends and holidays are not retrieved until the next working day.

When you are charged for a re-list (any additional time period beyond the 6 month rental period) you may call for removal of the sign without charge providing you call before the 5th of the month following the billing date. We will make every effort to check with you periodically to make sure your inventory lists are current, however it is your responsibility to make sure each sign is called for removal when the property is sold or withdrawn from the market. In the event that a sign is not removed within 2-3 days of your call, please place the order again, as it is possible we did not get the original order.
